Braised rabbit with olive in a ruff puff pastry casing.

Ingredients: Rabbit, olive, onion, carrot, celery, potato, spinach, garlic, chicken, beef, flour, butter, egg, baking powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, white wine, canola oil

Fried chicken.

Buttermilk fried chicken, pickled peppers, sauted onions and melted cheddar cheese. Encased in our classic suet crust.

Ingredients: Chicken, cheddar, onion, peperoncino, Bisto, flour, beef, chilli, black pepper, salt, baking powder, egg, canola oil.

Spiced chicken and aubergine.

Chicken and roasted aubgerine with herbs and spices. Encased in classic suet crust.

Lamb and stout.

Irish dingle pie with braised lamb neck, roasted potato, caramelized onion, herb and stout. With classic suet crust.

Chicken and aloo gobi.

Collab with Chef Abhra. Spiced potato and cauliflower with chicken in classic beef suet crust.

Ingredients: Chicken, potato, cauliflower, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, cumin, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, fennel, fenugreek, onion, tomato, carrot, beef, ginger, garlic, cilantro, mint, flour, baking powder, canola oil, olive oil, egg.

Smoked ham hock and pea.

Cold smoked ham hock, mixed with split pea and good ol’ Sarsons malt vinegar. Lattice pie top and classic suet crust.

Ingredients: Pork, green split pea, onion, garlic, malt vinegar, white wine, carrots, beef, chicken, egg, flour, baking powder, canola oil, olive oil.

Pork jowl, ham hock and white bean cassoulet pie. Encased in classic suet crust.
